Kefalos is a traditional Greek village situated on the most south-west part of the island of Kos. It’s a Dodecanese Island, renowned for its beauty, tradition and strong thermal winds!

Off-shore winds provide butter-flat water, ideal for improvers and advanced sailors alike. In season, winds are like clockwork with around 25 knots in the afternoon while gentle morning winds provide conditions for all experiences to enjoy! We’ll be making use of the light and strong winds; Mornings will allow us to hone light-wind techniques which provide the foundation to which we can excel from in the strong afternoon winds!

This is aimed at anybody who’s getting comfortable in the harness; So whether you’re looking to get planing for the first time, nail your carve gybes or learn to Vulcan, this is the clinic for you! As much as I can, it’ll be 1-2-1 coaching on the water, as well as some group video analysis in the mornings, and on-land bits as a team before we head out. Having a mixed ability clinic will also allow us to bounce ideas of each other and share our experiences!

We’ll have full access to the full standard pool range at Kefalos Windsurfing and Sailing Centre, which is one of the longest standing, and well-known centres in Greece.

The standard pool includes board from PATRIK, Fanatic and sails from Sailloft which range in levels from beginner and intermediate, to freestyle and slalom… There truly is a board and sail for everyone. The pool system allows us to change equipment at any point, so we can make use of all the goodies the centre offers!

The clinics are prices at £400 for the week (a bargain I know) and the 4 out of 7 clinics are £280, but for 2025 they only include coaching. This change has been made to allow people to make uses of the different packages on offer at KWS. If you want me to sort out the kit rental just let me know and I’d be happy to arrange everything for you!

Flights and accommodation are very reasonable, but I’d suggest booking early as Kefalos is a small, popular resort and will fill up fast!

These aren’t included in the package and need to be booked separately, but no worries! I know all the best spots to stay, and cheapest flights to get! It’s something I’ll be more than happy to help sort out with you once we’ve made contact over phone or email!

It’s vitally important to remember; This is a holiday! It’s not a week long military boot camp (unless you want it to be) so you’re welcome to take as much time off as you’ll need… The windsurfing station caters to all; with SUP & Kayak rental included, areas for chilling and plenty of free-to-use snorkelling equipment ! Car rentals are a stone’s throw away should you want to explore for the day. I’ll be organising some team meals out which you are always welcome to join in with, but I won’t be held responsible for any sore heads the following morning…
