Refunds & Cancellations

I don’t offer direct refunds for cancellations of clinics. To combat this, and to make sure you don’t loose out completely, you’ll receive a voucher which is worth 50% of the money you spent for the clinic. This can be redeemed on any of the services that I offer. E.g. If you’ve received a voucher as you couldn’t attend a clinic this could be redeemed against another clinic, or against any of the private coaching offerings.

Booking for somebody else

Any special requests such as booking as a gift, or if somebody is replacing you on a session can be arranged, just get in contact with me directly HERE!
